The Flying J at Carlisle might also be a good meet up option so people don't have to back track to the Love's close to my house. How would that hold out fuel wise for you @no mufflers if we all met up there instead?

I was just thinking about that myself. That would be on my way as well.

its only like 40 more miles so i should be able to just make it. that one is a much more direct stop and if works better for everyone then im good with it.

Worst case I keep a 5gal can in my truck because my truck dies at 1/4 tank. Yes, I plan to fix it before the rally but I'll still have it with me lol!

not sure if this is the right 38 gallon tank but it would solve my distance problem.

Says you would nee to relocate spare tire been trying to figure that out an still have the original camper shell on it, can both front/back be done provided diesel goes down it's $2.81 here. Thank for lmc link forgot they sold old ford parts

I have a 38 gallon tank in my truck. I got it from rock auto. For some reason they only list it under the gas powered trucks, but it works fine for the diesels too. That all being said I'm running one tank now so my range hasn't changed any, lol!

Doesn't count in that luxury filled fortress you are driving Heath! thats like 200 idi miles.

It's certainly different in the F450. Just set the cruise and let the truck do what it does. The only worry is the traffic and trailer tires.

It is early but I was wondering myself what time we were going to shoot for meeting up. Plans can change but a few of you have done this before so I'm guessing you have a general idea what you'd like to try for.
