That sure looks like the Convertor clutch control solenoid. I would bet you never had lockup, the solenoid was sticking and drawing hi current, it's a wonder it didn't lift the board traces. Just my.02 cents.

New solinoid pack is $369.00 at O'Reilly auto parts, so I am going to have to try and sodier it myself, need to use truck and camper this weekend to go 5 miles to the lake , just hope it makes it. I appreciate all your help and comments, I guess no one has ever seen this before?

Wouldn't be at all afraid to try it. Cleanliness is the issue.
Dry alchohol (not 1/2 water) works well, but you need to get the
oil that is trapped on the top of the board away from the terminals.
Get some flux. Use a bunch. Let the soldering gun melt it away.
Clean the old solder off with a bronze brush. Heat the terminal the
most, and let it draw the solder into the joint. Straight solder is
fine - you are using the flux. Do NOT use acid-core solder.
Silver solder would be best, but that is not an item you want to
learn on.

I have silver sodier and flux, was thinking either use brakleen or contact cleaner to clean away oil residue

Give it a shot. But better have a pin point propane torch, silver melts at 650*F to 840*F IIRC.
If that don't work out get this. Just make sure it's a NON PWM pack.

I wonder why none of those pictures ever show the solinoid or circuit boards I have looked at several on the Internet and none show the circuit board?

ok I think I may have found the source of the sodier, it looks like it has melted off of the circuit board. Any expert or near expert opinions would be appreciated. The circuit board is loose around those round sodier areas in pictures

Tranny shifting good, then you can repair it. Down the road it should be replaced.

This is new to me. The temps to melt solder would nuke your tranny.:eek:

Now the only thing I can think of. It could be a low grade rebuilt pack. Cheap solder. I'm stumped.:dunnoLOL

ROHS (lead-free) solder. Absolutely the worst crap ever to see the electronics industry.
If the fluid level dropped below the solenoids, they could easily generate enough heat
to melt the stuff. Use lead-based 60/40. or silver solder. and the appropriate flux.
