Good Morning Ya'll.
That sure looks like the Convertor clutch control solenoid. I would bet you never had lockup, the solenoid was sticking and drawing hi current, it's a wonder it didn't lift the board traces. Just my.02 cents.
I have silver sodier and flux, was thinking either use brakleen or contact cleaner to clean away oil residue

Any expert or near expert opinions would be appreciated. The circuit board is loose around those round sodier areas in pictures

What do you think could have caused the sodier to melt?Tranny shifting good, then you can repair it. Down the road it should be replaced.
Where you at trackspeeder, I would like to hear your input on what may have melted out the sodier. I will be giving it a try after I get home at about 6pm
