Thanks @Old Goat for the research. It is always nice to know what your options are for emergency parts sourcing.

My guess would be that the package doesn't have the "prop 65" warning BS on it.

This had actually been totally leak free which is surprising, good thing I did the reseal. One side slid on perfectly with the press and the other side was not as smooth, hopefully it went well and nothing hung up. I used a lot of O ring lube and cleaned everything to debur.

This looks like a normal throw out bearing.

But what is the bigger thing on the left? Both are in the kit and I’m not sure what the bigger object is for.

As best as I can tell the luk kit came with two pilot bearing options, one fits perfect and the other one not at all so I installed the one that fits and am choking the other one up to spare parts.

That's what it seems like to me, also. I have a LuK I installed 7-8 years ago but I don't remember it having a second pilot bearing. Definitely not the throw-out, and there isn't anything else that takes a bearing in the swap.

I just looked at my Luk SMF conversion kit and I didn't see any pilot bearings. It did have a throw out bearing though. Admittedly, I only glanced at it and didn't take everything out. Either way, it doesn't bother me. I remember someone on here saying that the quality of the bearings that come in the kit wasn't very good anymore so I was planning to buy some new Timkens before I install the kit. Maybe you got a random bonus bearing?
