All of the piping is a 3" custom job. I've posted most of the results in another thread, but I picked up 50 lb/ft of torque, and the truck does pull harder. However, I have what I believe to be a timing issue after swapping out the injectors, so I think I will find more power after I get it timed correctly. My EGT's are in the same neighborhood as they were before the intercooler, but I turned the pump up 3-4 flats after the install, and I believe the firing is pretty retarded, so the intercooler is definitely helping with exhaust heat.
The intake hat was made by Russ (Typ4) and is of excellent quality. I just had to drill and tap for the boost gauge.
