Here I am about to get the project on the road, next week or so, Looking at things and considering the future, short and long term and more ways to dump money in this cash cow. . .
INTERCOOLER.
I did a fast search for a 6.0 kit and found one, I believe, at roughly $15/1600.
This would require remounting the Allison trans cooler with it's 1/2 inch feed lines to the nether regions of the truck. The 4X4 conversion has raised the ride height and that should not be much of an issue IF I get into this $1600 venture.

My suggestion would be find a used 6.0 or 7.3 cooler, and I don't know what your Alison cooler looks like, but obs solutions sells a intercooler mount kit for mounting the 6.0/7.3 ic and 6.0 trans cooler
It's expensive for like $350 but might be worth it to make everything jive nicely

If your running the stock radiator it will be hard as far fitment up front for piping because the 6.0 IC is not as wide as the 7.3 radiator. If you can get your hands on used parts , the 6.0 radiator/ IC / trans cooler fit really nicely together. The only down fall is the 6.0 radiator is taller than the 7.3 radiator.
