ABOUT DAMN TIME!
runs great
20 psi of oil @ hot idle
temp does not go above the R
6 psi @ 2000 rpms
brakes are golden
powersteering is good
truck is solid minus a few minor issues.
starter is crap, gonna swap it from his other truck.
4x4 light does not go off.
in my infinite wisdom, I put his kick panels and sill plates in a "safe space"
safe, even from me..
they will turn up.
tach does not work, suspect a sensor seeing as everything else works.

I like the bracket you came up with for the intercooler. Looks solid and should still be pretty easy to get out of the way for servicing.

its not too bad, it does have water lines to it.
will make it a pain.
will have to be pulled for injectors.

and shes a runner!
sill have a few things to do.
I swapped starters, and the other was junk!
so we got him a powermaster to handle the starting dutys.
fuel system is on point!
no air in the system, she fires up real quick in the cold 58 degree mornings.
iv gotta track down a rattle
ive gotta determine if there is a slight exhaust leak, or if that's the ay these sound with an actual exhaust system
ive honestly never ran a muffler on these..
shes got good power but I can tell its not 3.55 gears!
brakes are solid.
ive driven it around town this weekend, and no issues minus the vibration.
still have not found the kick panels, but I have some nice sill plates im gonna throw in for him.
short short list!
and its almost ready to go home!

I know it is driving you crazy but if you can't find the kick panels don't sweat it. I can find some down the road to throw on. It won't bother me to not have them for awhile.
