(not stealing your thread, but gotta share) I actually just did a deal with a friend for another Japanese guitar.....its a 1978 Greco Les Paul Custom copy. The late 70s Japanese guitars are called "the lawsuit era" guitars because the Japanese were copying them a little too closely, not like China is doing now by actually putting "Made in USA" with real Gibson serial numbers, but they were making excellent copies, lol.

I actually put new electronics in it and repainted it, but its my Lawsuit Era Greco LP........from a weird car deal! It actually came straight from Tokyo......Tokyo to NW Florida in less than 36hrs, seriously.......it took a week and a half for UPS to get that Fender from Oregon to me.......crazy.....Anyway.....had to share! Take it ezy!

I'd trade it any day for snow, but the east coast is hogging it all
Plan is to install the engine next weekend, and go from there.

She runs. 35psi oil pressure at cranking, idled it for about 15 seconds, no smoke after initial fire off. Ready to shove in.
