Lame thread title, but I've also never really been one to name vehicles.

Anyhow, here's my old man's white 1994 F250 idi, as you can see she's in some sorry shape.
Parked since 2015, unknown miles, odo is cracked. May have 300k on it. Factory turbo, but the turbo is missing.

Did some compression tests, here's the results from sitting for years;
1 350
2 350
3 420
4 300
5 360
6 390
7 180
8 380

I'm hoping that its just a dirty valve, worst case cavitation.

Tried to get her to fire up the other day, fuel to pump, no fuel out. Good 5psi at lift pump. This might explain a few things....

Anyhow, got a good used pump from @Jesus Freak, which by the way both pumps had dead shutoff solenoids, so had to clean up the nasty one to run it.

After a good prime and lots of cranking, got her to fire up out of a jug and she ran. Surprisingly no engine shaking or weird smoke. Since theres no rad, only ran for maybe 5 seconds before shutting er down.

So now the goal is, get the cooling system together so I can run it longer and then re check compression. Oh, and probably an oil change for the 10 year old oil.

Dang beasts never give up I swear.

Went to the wrecking yard, grabbed a nice clean chrome front bumper, a lightly used seat with functional airbag lumbar support in it, and a few other missing trim panels. Its starting to look more like a truck now...

Oh and my old man ordered a new headliner, clusrer bezel, and few other nicknacks off of LMC.

Is this become the $6,000,000 truck? Will Lee Majors be driving it?

Bringing it back to life! Awesome!

I was counting earlier. This would be the 5th truck I've built for my old man, if you consinder doing the efi to idi swap, then an engine replacement in the same truck as two builds.

Pulled the cluster apart and swapped in a not broken odometer screen, reused the chipset so the mileage is accurate. 320,492 on er.
