well i was thinken about putting an intercooler on my 94 turbo IDI, i know ATS has a kit for like $900, but has any one made their own setup or know of a good idea, i was thinking of using a stock 6.0 L intercooler, cus they are all over ebay

do a search for intercoolers HERE and find the topic line "let's talk intercoolers" there's five pages of discussion on IC's with plenty of visuals to boot.

This is a very deep topic here. If you do add an intercooler try and use the all aluminum type. The 6.0l one has plastic end tanks but if you don't mind that then by all means use one. Several members have done the custom intercooler upgrades so just read up on what they have done.
