XGood news/bad news. You don't need a returning regulator with a Holley blue or red. Just with a Holley black.

XNot according to Holley. That is just fine with the red or Blue. The Black needs a return line for the regulator.

Are you 100% sure you got 7.2v WOT? The tps is only fed 5v from the TECA/TCM, if your getting 7.2v then the 5v vref is way out of spec...
