Powerstroke 2 IDI no Turbo conversion

Yeah...and what will usually happen is some sugary drink will wind up spilling down into the 'manual lever position sensor' and short it out and cause all sorts of 'electronic' transmission problems....and it is never cheap to figure out or fix.... The driver would never figure that they caused...- XOLATEM

Getting ready to install my c6 cooling upgrades
Late to the party here... But I can tell you what I used to do... On a rigid pan...cast aluminum...in a pinch the cork will work but as Rdnck84_03 says...you gotta not overtighten them and probably need to re-torque at some point... I would not use RTV...just don't...the only time to use RTV...- XOLATEM

C6 overheating mysterious cause
Got a few questions before we go further... What is your total combined load you are pulling...how much total weight..? What gear ratio do you have in the rear axle..? Do you have a tach...? and if so...is it reasonably accurate...? If yes to the above...what RPM can you achieve at full...- XOLATEM

remove the extension housing and take a peek...then remove the pan and check out the linkage... I am curious at what would be up with it... I was just at my place last Saturday...I coulda hooked you up with whatever you needed if I had a little advance notice...- XOLATEM
