Al, you know the drill far better than I do, so I won't even try to tell you what to do. If you can, get a charger on the batteries overnight. You probably wore them down a bit while deciding that it wouldn't start. When you try again in the morning run heavy duty jumpers from another vehicle, just to give it as much power as possible.

Personally, I think your truck was jealous/pissed about all the time you've been spending under the house--probably thinks you have a new mistress under there.:backoffcookoo

Good think you have an understanding wife to come get you.

well if you are getting good fuel out of the filter and into the IP and are getting the click from the FSS, but no fuel out the injection lines, it sounds like your IP just took a dump. i assume everything was fine before shutting it off. no rough running?

Ran fine all the way to town...started fine at home...not a single indication of a problem what so ever. Trucks been running great ....

SOUNDS like a BIG Pictutorial coming up....I wanna swear a bad word...a #bomb...ugh...

Batteries are solid...spins like **** more than enough to fire that sucker seriously ....

How cold was it? Sounds like you might have gelled up

I've got -8 here now...but fuel was ****** out that filter and I drove 10 minutes just moments before filling up with 30 bucks of fuel...not an issue at all..then I don't think...

Good call though so just about 29F I guess

Anything like white smoke out the tail pipe... If crack in a can was causing the engine to lock up but not fire that tells me you have plenty of compression but no fuel getting into the cylinders. Not clear if the hard line cracked open showed fuel leaking out. Was the tank close to mt. Could you have run out of fuel just as you truned off the engine. Happened to me like that once. I was waiting to cross the highway to get fueled up... Lots of traffic... Had to wait. Finally got into the station but ran out just as I pulled up to fuel up. Standing on bumper. Bleeding lines finally got it running. Never let that happen again either..

Gary, the electric lift would be the primary thing that lets me know I have fuel...

Truck had fuel at fuel station and ran absolutely fine...shut down normal

NO fuel out of the fully open and exposed injector line what so ever...but a drip...not spray...but a slow slow drip like it's fuel being fed into and through ip from lift pump??? could have just been fuel leaking out from shaking as the engine was turned over.

:(

Well I'll do more tests tomorrow and post whats going on...

WARM water trick????

I only know cold water trick....

If worse comes to worse...this was on a decent running engine or at least so I thought...it ended up being quite effed inside but was a full reman engine...

You must be registered for see images attach

I know this engine ran and I know this IP was good when that engine ran...so it's going to be my test mule if the other one is shot!

Gavin was most generous in immediately offering me his old IP off his truck...currently ON it as he has a Baby Moose waiting to install..but I GOTTA do pictutorial on the re n re for him...;)

I'd be doing one anyway if I gotta go that route...swap IP's that is...ugh

He did pour cold water on the IP.
If no fuel at the injector lines and yes at the ff out line then the solenoid is dead (You said it does have power) or IP dead.
