same exact turbo im running now..
but not for long ;Sweet

stock ford unit. 093.

get yourself a Bull Moose, Mister injectors, and watch that thing come alive
So that is the upgraded turbo. Winning!!! Would the wicked wheel go good with the pump and injectors also? Where should I take the turbo for rebuilding and balancing? International?

Russ type4 on here rebuilds and has the upgrade stuff for those turbos...nice truck by the way...
Thanks for the referral. Appreciate the compliment on the truck. Her bodywork ain't pretty but hey she's a work in progress. Its my first diesel. Always wanted one. When it was running, I put the stacks on it and it sounded amazing.

Russ AKA typ4's reputation proceeds him.
not just by the site, also people i know.
i have one in his care right now.
with a WW2 being installed.
this is a side job for him, so dont expect a 1 day turn around.
mine was thrashed and it needed some love.
so be it.
i have no doubt it will come back perfected.

i saw a friend install bearings into the turbo of hos 6.0, and saw him buying heads 9 months later...

not something i wanted rookie hands on.

Please pay the coin for there quality parts so you don't have headaches later down the road. So many people have used these fly by night rookies and wished they had used them first.

Agnem = Mel = Conestoga Diesel = Moose Products

Mel has been a member here since the Birth of Oilburners, and was at TDS for a long time before that, back into the ford-diesel.com days of that site......

He had the first Moose pump made back in 1997 at Conestoga diesel, and he retired from his "real job" in 2012 (I think) and BOUGHT Conestoga from Joel, who is now an employee of his at the new shop..... The original Conestoga pump shop was in a side room of Joel's garage at home.......

Went out and pulled some more parts off the motor today. Found what appears to be sludge in my CDR valve. Thought i got it all out when i first got the truck running again....apparently not.
