also ive been playing with solidworks designing a flatbad i plan on building. the drawing isnt complete. i still need to figure out how i want to build the class 5 hitch into the tail but I did this mainly to give me an idea on how the truck will look.

So i have been doing some work on the truck... i got all the doors mostly assembled. I started thinking about how i want to fill the old radio hole and decided a data/charge station would be a good choice since i plan on adding an overhead console like laserjock did.

so this is what i come up with...

The switch is for a camera project. i am going to add multiple cameras i can switch between through my new stereo. The other 3 items i bought a set for like $20 on ebay... one is a voltmeter, one is a USB dual 2.1a charge ports and the third is a 12v socket. i am going to swap out the 12v socket for another usb socket for data connections for the stereo. (usb with music and such)

its currently drying with VHT wrinkle finish paint or id have a finished pic.

got a new windshield put in it and shined up and installed the windshield trim and put the visor back on. (see Goose i didnt get rid of it!)
