Bumping for those who are subbed, you can now find this thread under the forum section “events and get togethers” in the stickies section. I’ll be adding a link in my sig to help people find the thread, others are welcome to do the same
Alrighty folks small change of plans, extended family decided to have a family reunion out of state the weekend after thanksgiving, so I’ll be moving the meetup two weeks up to the weekend of Veteran’s day. That would be November 9th-11th, and hopefully we can do some things for the veterans at the meet. Looking forward to it guys
I take it where has not been decided. I don't much care where. But when is it? And do you accept Californians?
It was a tie between Guadalupe and hidden falls, I’ll break the tie and say hidden falls is our destination. We will be meeting Veterans Day weekend which is November 9th-11th. And of course anyone is welcome!
HURRAY! maybe I'm a little prejudiced since I LOVE my dirt toys!
How locked in is the date? Just wondering as I work retail and that weekend is a no-go for me.
It’s locked in at this point, hope you can make it Steven!
Garner is an awesome place but I swear it stays booked year around, lol. I've never been to Hidden Falls, sounds cool!
What is the drill on attending? Register, reserve something, just show up, or what?
I am going to spend a weekend at hidden falls this next month and figure out those details, for now I believe the best answer is to reserve as far ahead of time as possible.
I am on their site. It seems someone should make a group reservation.
The November calendar is empty.
They have a limit to how early they open up reservations but I am not sure how long it is, I’d rather not make a group reservation this far out, preferably make it in July since people’s plans can change without their control. I’ll get those details ironed out when I go up there and meet with their staff.
