Title says it all.

For instance, can I tell what the gear ratio is?

For gear ratios, type of transmission, and a few other things you have to get that from the tag on the driver's door jamb.

For the axle, mine just says 39. That's not even on the list, in the PDF above.

Going by @gandalf pdf my truck is not even listed at all though my insurance company states by the VIN plate on the dash it is a super cab most parts stores do not even list it as that. All the information from the door jam tag does not say it either.

My question is out of the numbers and letters and even on the door jam label my truck says made in Canada but also has original parts stamped China/Mexico USA Canada I seen some service records an og car lot buyers sheet that says assembled in Kansas USA who where the hell was it finally set together. I'll post a picture of the door jam later on when. I am not at work

I use decodethis.com. It shows a strange mix of data depending on what year make and model you decode, some manufacturers have every single data point shared on this site, some (the Germans) have bare minimum. This screen shot is my truck... I don't know if this means my truck came as a turbo, or if it is just the only option they will show for 7.3? Newer stuff sometimes they will show rear gear ratios

I would like to know where mine was originally sold.
I would like to for sure know mine and what the actual year of my truck is door label says 11/92 but title says it is a '93 even the sticker above where it tells you on the motor about 3 to 5 k oil change has 92 1/2 scratched off.

American car companies typically introduce and start selling the next year models in September of the previous year.

Your truck would be a 93. As said above, the model year normally starts in the fall of the previous year. If you went to a dealer now, there are 2020’s on the lot. Now is also the time dealears are willing to really deal on the 19’s......

Then You have the odd ones out there. Ford didn’t produce a 98 model year F-250HD or F-350. This is when the F-150 (in 97) and the F-250 and F-350 had separate body styles (the Super Duty). Ford started selling the 99 F-250 and 350 Super Duty’s in early 98. This is where the “Early 99” and late 99 distinction came. The E99 engine was more like the OBS version.
