1. the old truck was sputterin on the rear tank some time back.
Finally lifted the bed to check the tank.
I had previously used a T on the end of the fuel hose.
Not a good idea apparently as it clogged partially. Probably why I could get 50 miles and it'd run me outta fuel.

ohh well, seemed like a good idea at the time.

2. Been offshore for 42 days, didn't drive the truck that last time I was home, so that makes for like ummm 84days or so since I drove the truck.
Went to fire it up today, batteries were a lil weak, but it fired right off in like 4seconds of cranking. That was nice.
But.... dang clutch pedal went right to the floor.
Pumped it like 30 times and it was back to normal, topped off the Master and it's been fine all day.
Has anyone ever had the line suck a lil air while sitting for that long? seems feasible.
Or I wonder if I shouldn't redo the piping. Damn square Orings, 9mm are tricky to find.

anyway, figured I'd throw that out there, knowledge is power and all.
