Hi in the Cascades, Nearly- Redmond,Oregon
Sooooo, what you boys using mostly to cut these chrome bumpers? Plasma & grinders? Or saws, grinders, etc. If I plasma mine, then I gotta get the blue edges covered, right. Or go with new style two tone blue on shinny bumper............. :D

I used a bimetal saw with lots of oil to cutout the corners. Then I used a small air grinder with a cutoff wheel.

Prior to painting, I masked off the area which was not to be painted with two layers of aluminum tape. Then I took a dremel tool with a sanding drum to remove the chrome.

Paul and Ramon, thanks for the compliments. Next on the list is a remote reservoir power steering pump housing and the air compressor installation. I need those two items done so I can fab up the intercooler piping. It will be very tight fit.
