I wish my console lifted up and turned it into a bench seat when needed. My Dodge has that and was pretty handy.
It there a year that Fords had that and I could swap into my '87?
My 86 has that. They are called Lear seats. Many people say they were only offered in OBS trucks. Mine has some noticeable differences, it is definitely not from an OBS! It has power lumbar, and the wiring plugs say Ford on them. But they aren’t the same plugs that an OBS uses… they are slightly larger in size, and more of a cube… in comparison to my friend’s 95 OBS, who also has Lear seats, that are slightly different…

Those are the same style my 95 had and both of my 97's currently have. I actually forgot but I also have a 01 minimal optioned truck that also has that style except in vinyl.

I did a little more digging. It seems that 1980-1996 Bronco and Super Cab front seats are all interchangeable.
And 1980-1996 Single Cab and Crew Cab front seats are interchangeable.
That's great news. My only problem now is finding one. All the junk yards here are only open on weekdays. :-(

If it makes you feel any better i don't own the 95 anymore and the 97 crew and 01 aren't drivable and the 97 1ton catapults anything you put in it all over the truck before I make it off the gravel road. :Thumbs Up

since I see people talking seats..I feel like I have bronco seats..I’ve got a middle counsel and arm rests up front. But the position is way to reclined and it’s like sitting in a lazy boy. Are they all so reclined?

Does your passenger seat flip forward? If so, it's bronco stuff. My dually has bronco seats........and an ABSOLUTELY amazing custom center console with cupholders.
