If you are looking for the oil cooler itself, then you can buy them on RockAuto and the Stealership.

I'm assuming you are looking for a complete oil cooler assembly for a truck, but if you are looking for a van-style oil cooler, they are different and not interchangeable.

Where in Texas are you? I’ve got around a dozen complete oil coolers here.

Do you need an oilcooler or do you need to rebuild your existing oilcooler? And as genscripter said, the van oilcoolers are different than the truck oilcoolers. The rear header on the oilcooler (end where the filter screws on) is shaped different on the van coolers.

Ironically yesterday I pulled mine, rebuilt it & stuck it back on.

IIRC, the front is different too. It uses three mounting bolts instead of four. Ever notice the extra, triangle shaped oil cooler header gasket in a Fel_Pro full gasket set? This may only be for International applications, but it seems like vans and Internationals used the same oil cooler headers.
