I just used up about 80 gallons of fuel in the last month or so, have another batch to filter and another 45 gallons to test LOL

Just today I dumped in about 10 gallons of atf into my upflow system.

In the morning I hook up the filtercart to the process tank and flip the switch on for 1 hour.

I have at least 400 gallons just hanging around :hail

Once all set up it is easy as hell to process, the hardest part is filling 5 gallon jugs and pouring into my truck.

I will make something to rid me of that process to! :backoff

Sounds like you have a really efficient system!

How long does the wmo/rug/k1/diesel stay mixed if stored?

I'm waiting for fittings for my gas pump so I'm having to use a power steering pump to transfer.the oil out of the back of my truck. It's taking awhile ..:)

idiabuse, you keep changing the specs on that system. These are previous spec quotes from you:

I doubt your system is any more efficient or easier to use than this setup.

When using a filter cart, the oil is taken from a dirty sump, filtered and returned to the dirty sump. The cleanliness of the filtered oil is diluted, so to speak, by the dirty oil residing in the tank. To overcome the dilution effect, the tank volume must pass through the filter approximately seven times to achieve the equivalent of single-pass filtration (where the oil is pumped from one container to another through a filter).

For example, if you have a 30-gallon tank and a filter cart that pumps at 5 gallons per minute (gpm), you need to run the cart for 42 minutes to equal single-pass filtration (30 gallons multiplied by 7, divided by 5 gpm). If you want to achieve two-pass filtration, you must engage the offline filter for 82 minutes or about an hour and a half.

Retails $2,800/$3,200

I got mine just under $1,000 shipped to me.

Very happy with it!
Need like 3 more!

Why does the story keep changing? Seems to me like you just want to advertise this product....

I picked up some of that cutting oil. I only wanted to get a small amount so I could test it before picking it all up. One drum says cutting oil, the other one says TRIM E206. I looked it up and it appears to be a cutting fluid / coolant. I opened up both drums and pumped some out. They both look the same. It looks like used oil .. but how can I be certain?

I sure dont have anything to do with Parker.

With literally hundreds if not thousands of machines, kits to filter lubricant. Just showning an example how it can be done.

Story changed yet again.

The label says it is to be mixed with water. What does it look like?

I just added water to one of the bottles to try to see if I can identify a difference in how they look. Now I see how obvious it is .. The bottle with water in in looks NOTHING like the straight oil. When I shake the straight oil there are no bubbles and it looks just like oil. The one with water in it bubbles a bunch and looks totally different.

So would it be safe to say it is useable oil? Or am I missing something.

If it is to be mixed with water I would stay away. Try putting some in a fire and see what happens.

I can't be certain it is the same oil that came out of these drums. The one says cutting fluid and it is Tue same exact oil as the other barrel. Shouldn't the water settle if there is any in it?

I'll toss some in a fire tomorrow :)

Here's a side by side shot of the straight oil and the oil that I mixed the water in.

I tried burning it this morning. I'm not really sure how it's suppose to burn ..:D . It didn't immediately light but it did burn. It didn't pop a lot like I would expect if there was water in it. I compared it to straight wmo and it appeared to burn the same :dunno . I guess I'll just have to toss it in the truck and see what happens? ..

Do you have a Lowe's or Home Depot near you? They'll have an adapter in the plumbing section (close to the black pipe) to take it from 2" to 1.5" and it won't cost you an arm and a leg, probably only around $5. As for hose, I use a green hose from Tractor Supply that cost me $29. It's 20 ft long, decently flexible, and will do the trick. I run identical hoses for input/output and don't have any issues using them. The same hose can be found on Amazon, IIRC it was $44 but that was with cam-lock fittings instead of the simple screw-ons. But yeah, your pump will work 10X better than the other pumps you listed and has a smaller footprint than a super sucker (although those are awesome).

**EDIT** I just looked up my hose and it's Tigerflex too...I guess the 1.5" must be a lot easier to handle than the 2". Either that or I'm just awesomely strongLOL
I just spent hours in town trying to reduce it without a million adapters. I finally found a galvanized 2"-1 1/2" .. after staring at it for awhile I said screw it, I'm not paying $20 for this thing and continued my search. I came up empty and went home. I found these and I think it will work fine :

Then I'm going to buy the spa hose ( off colored white) .

Hopefully that will work. I'll put a foot valve between the suction hose end and suction wand. Maybe one on the discharge side too.

Also, if anyone is building a super sucker ... My 2" hose would work perfect. I'll sell it super cheap.

Be careful with that oil, I had a batch that looked, acted, and burned just like yours and I had to add 25% diesel to it just to get the truck to run right. I'm still not sure if my issue was emulsified water or just weak oil but in any case, leave some space in the tank just in case you need to add diesel in there.

I just had the same loss of power on my way to town today. I'm running straight diesel though so I'm not sure what it could be. I didn't feel anything shoot out this time but the power drop was identical.
