When I was looking at the tool, was thinking the same thing.
If I had one, make a trace of the tool head, and have someone
cut out with a lazer, Acetylene torch set up, and knock out a
bunch. Cut a slot in a rod for the handle and weld it on.
Or a piece of flat bar.
Or cut out the heads, mail them out and let the end user weld
on his/her (gotta be politically correct here) own handle.
Or trace out the head on some stiff paper, and mail them out
and end user can make their own.
I saw the $20 one also last night. Is the head the same size
as the Rotunda tool?
Here is a couple YT Vids.

This vid he is using the Ferrit Timing meter, (NLA) but shows
another Turn Buckle to speed up the engine.
I have the Ferrit and pretty simple tool.

I have 3, 9/16" wrenches I bent and ground down to loosen
the 3 bolts, plus even bought the Rotunda one.
The bottom left one is the difficult one. (Pass side)
Some times it is left off or loose.
Do not start the engine with the pump loose. Tighten it first,
then start the engine and check to see where your timing is.
