Lol I don't think it's running a performance tune. Just turned off the egr.
From what I see, is studded.
Has a airdog lift pump/filter kit.
Has this thing along the exhaust pipe that needs removed...

Early 6.0's dom't need a tuner to kill an EGR CEL. My 03 has been deleted for years with no tuner or CEL.

i have never owned a 6.0 but i hear they can go good. seems like the heavy work was done.

the 5.9 in my dodge service truck with the tuner on #2 out of #5 goes really good and that is what i leave it on. 5 just gets you in trouble. LOL

Verified it does have a soft code for egr.
So... the airdog is not hooked up. I jumped power to it. Took a minute and some tapping, but it did start pumping. (The airdog has a regulator with return built in. So you have a feed and return from the tank, then just feed coming out) the outlet was disconnected. (Yes, started pouring fuel out. Lol)
Under the hood there's a boost referencing fuel pressure regulator. Has a pressure sensor, nothing hooked to it, but I do have a fuel pressure gauge.
Now another thing I saw, it did have ladder bars. The mounts are still there.
FICM seems to stay about 49.5.
I do think I have a bad battery. Actually tried to go by interstate yesterday for some blems, but they were closed for good Friday. If its dead in the morning, I'm dropping some agm's in.
I did redo all the connections today. Cables themselves didn't look bad.
Oh, I miss-stated. The coolant filter is from RCD.

Oh, did replace the batteries and the terminals.
Both fuel filters. Need to do the oil filter and cap. Oil doesn't look old.

They're "different."
But the tires are brand new, so I'm not worried about swapping just yet. Lol
