Turbo rebuild

Well just sent my turbo off to the local machine shop to get tore down and rebuilt. Now my only question is what kit do i need to do it? I have a ats 088 turbo. Also i was wondering what the 60-1 compressor wheel upgrade was all about and is it a direct swap? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Shoulda sent it to type 4.
