Hmm...no mention of Joe Servo? He did the mod to my IDM a couple years ago, and I noticed an instant change! I believe I paid just under $100.00 back then...not sure what he charges now.
It looks like it all depends on whom you take your IDM to, as to what you will pay!

Thug is correct, the IDM voltage goes up to 140v as mentioned.

He still does this mod. I think he charges about $200 or so now too. My buddy has one done by him.

Yes but be carefull what you buy,If its bad to start with then it wont work after the mod and your S.O.L.
Make sure the seller will gaurantee it in working condition and when you get it install it in your truck to test it out. I dont know of any bench test that can be doen to find out otherwise.
