put a t-19 shifter on a zf5 for my buddies bullnose we zf5 swapped last weekend

Might have to bend it down a hair to get it perfect but I like it so far

need to get it in the bullnose to see where it’s at Exaclty first

Hopefully I can use the 4 speed shift knob but swap the shift pattern plate out and use the bullnose shifter bolt

I took the truck for the longest run so far since rehabing it. About 30 miles of 70 mph highway. That's further than I could have gone before without something starting to squal horribly, but I replaced all the bearing in the drivetrain. I Set the cruise and cranked up the A/C and it rolled right along and I enjoyed the non-rattling doors :) I have one issue I might have to address. The fuel pressure reading on the filter outlet line reads about 6ish psi at idle but, is pretty much zero at speed. I will say if I didn't have the gauge I would not know because I didn't experience any issues. It's a new Carter mechanical pump but doesn't seem to keep up. All my injector pump and injector are stock

The first good drive is always my favorite! A little bit of adrenaline rush of the worry about the unknown tossed in!
Glad it went well!

Thought skipping the ac would be a good choice. I almost killed my spouse o_O

Another thing I didn't get to was almost our downfall on the way home. Luckily got the ancient battery cable end to give me one more trip home after losing power and having to circle back with the RV.

Quick photo taken at the air and space museum.

Had an awesome time and really appreciate Mike for putting this together!

Yesterday, I put on an unknown miles, used pump to replace the one that I put on last December which has been acting up since April. I road tested it today by going up to Nebraska and picking up another three wheeler. It made the trip, but the timing is REALLY slow. Good thing I'll have time to do something about it this weekend.

How will you have time to mess with the timing on your truck if you have a new 3 wheeler? Isn't that mathematically impossible unless you're in with The Beatles and have an 8 day week?

Oh that's easy. All I have to do is use the way I work against myself. Longer test ride aside, I know that it needs important things. Such as new chain and sprocket set, new rear axle bearings. rear and probably front brake pads, and maybe deeper brake work before it gets ridden longer. I have to put new tires on it first so I don't get tempted to ride it if all of the other things are taken care of. A new seat cover is also up front. If I do the little things first, then I won't be tempted to ride it for a longer time without doing them.

Finally back on the C350 project.
Got the Kilmat insulation down.

Then laid out the vinyl kit from LMC

And realized I have one shot to not screw this up.
Hoping for some "lessons learned" tips from someone that's been there and done that.

I would recommend using that metal tape on the Kilmat seams.
If it is like the Dynamat I used, the tar will bleed out around the seams and stick to the carpet on the back side and around the edges, especially when it gets hot.

I did the back of the Cab, Floor, hump, and up the firewall as I could get on the inside. I covered the Transmission plate, but did not cover the cover the plate and Hump seam. left the screws open.

Not sure what type floor covering you are putting down. I just bought Carpet from Rock Auto as I remember. Red carpet to match the other Por no red in the cab. It layed down pretty well, sure made the cab a bit quieter.

Good idea. I just happen to have most of a roll leftover from a mod I just did to the touring bike.
