So I sold the truck and I still have it 5 months later

Located in Hillsboro Oregon area.
Sold a 93(?) F350 dually 7.3 iDi (Garret Turbo),
5 speed trans, clutch and Brake pedal are frozen together.
Came to me with salvage papers from a sheriffs dept.
I picked it up for the 5 speed trans and front seat, $1200.
Sold the front seat and now that the buyer is currently ignoring my attempts to contact him, and after 4 or 5 months, I am selling it again. $1100.
Dually fender on the pass side is missing 1/2 of it.
When I picked it up, the PO started the engine with 1 battery.
Ran smooth and quiet. I was not interested in the engine, just the trans and I was planning on rebuilding that prior to install. I never drove this to.
Needs trailered or towed.

Thinking about pulling it apart and selling pieces. More money, I just don't need the project. Scrap the rest and call it good.
