Something's not quite right with that.
Had a 91 w/460 that started right up.
When's the last time you did a tune up?

Never. It's never EVER had a tune up. EVER. No joke. The spark plugs, SP wires, dizzy, cap, and rotor are the original ones from 1989. 126K on the engine. all sensors are original except a few INSIDE the transmission.
Only thing I've done to it is change fluids, put on a few new emissions components, and did some cooling system work, and changed fluids and filters.
something is up. i have an 89 460 and even though it has a slow cranking speed it fires off after a month of sitting in 5 seconds.
I know, even my Dodge with a carb fires up better.
You may want to look into having your battery tested or get a battery with more CCAs for the cold weather. Also if your fuel pump is loosing prime (not sure if it's mechanical or electric on the gassers) you may have the long cranking times due to the fuel draining back to the tank over night. And like 79jasper said, a tune up could help as well.
Just bought a brand new battery last year, it's a 800CCA, and my fuel pump is good, it gets fuel, I can smell it and see it out the exhaust...
On Monday I'll get a cold start video, hows about that, maybe it'll give a clue or two.
Edit: It's EFI and has electric fuel pump
