Thanks guys, just sharing my shenanigans. I miss the truck quite a bit, it’s been down eight months now from being a daily driven truck basically since it’s been new, so it’s a shame to see it sit but with how crazy of a year it’s been and with purchasing the fuel shop on top of all of it, I haven’t had any time to do anything with it. Still haven’t pulled the windowed block to see what the prognosis is. I did acquire a donor idit awhile back I bought mostly for the low mile factory turbo kit but haven’t really looked inside it yet. I’m hoping to catch up on things now that I have the fuel shop running in house, and can get the truck back running this fall to start doing some testing with some new fuel parts like Jeremy had mentioned, and hopefully push the platform to new places.
I’ve continued doing testing with some local trucks, one crew cab bullnose is actually running the shop trucks pump on a sealed completely stock factory na engine, with a hmax turbo kit running a t4 s257 and intercooler setup.

It’s making 22 psi with that setup without studs with the pump turned down to a 110cc spec. I’m hoping to get it on the dyno soon and try to break 300hp on a stock na engine, it should be able to do it at 110cc since we have already made 250hp out of maxing the stock pump, but we can always turn the shop trucks pump back up if needed.

I’m planning to start from scratch on the new engine for the the shop truck and replace the turbo and intercooler setup completely. I want to be able to remove the turbo and injectors easier, and be able to run different flange turbos, so I’m planning on running a new 093 crossover from Russ, and using an 088 up pipe section with a v band attached at the top so the top fabricated part of the piping that bolts to a pedestal so I can basically use different top sections to test different turbo configurations. Since I already have it, I’m going to run the GT4598 as a single on this engine, it’ll supply plenty of air for my goals on its own and making less power in lower rpms I think will really help this engine last, but it’s pretty big for a single. I don’t think I’ll run an intercooler with it, but I may add one later on. Just want to focus on setting it up simple at first.
