Replaced all the cab mounts with OEM Motorcraft ones. This was more of a job than I anticipated. I had to build a puller to get them apart. A couple of them pulled really hard. Bent my puller.

Definitely different on the mirrors, but whatever works best...
I hate my factory foldaway mirrors. I can never get them adjusted right. They sit too far back on the door. (Or maybe I sit too far forwards lol)
I think eventually I may do the gm medium duty style mirrors. The one's that are fender mounted.
Or just the newer gm towing mirrors.

On the cab mounts, did you replace the core support mounts also?
If yes, where did you get the set?
Awhile back I tried a few stealerships, he couldn't find anything via the part numbers i gave him. So ended up using the energy suspension poly ones.

Replaced core support mounts too. They came with the pickup when I bought it. I only got to putting them on now.

As mentioned before I've decided to run 2.5" intercooler piping for now. I got all the pieces from frozen boost today. The tall ATS intake horn/hat for their intercooler system was cast with the inlet measuring OD:2.5" ID:actually less than 2.25 which was the size of the ATS kit plumbing. So, to improve the flow the best I could, I did some porting/polishing on the inlet to smooth it out so the air is traveling over a rounded bump rather than a rough edge. I was also able to get the ID to smooth 2 5/16 from a rough less than 2 1/4.

Intercooler pipes finally done. I had tried to OXY/ACE weld them myself, but the stainless just doesn't weld like mild steel. My brother was home and had some stainless rod so he actually arc welded them. I realize TIG would be the preferred process, but I just don't have the equipment. But, they turned out nice and fit like I want them too with no 90 degree bends. Now I just need to figure out what to do with my intake.

On the air filter system I now need to fab I think I will relocate the fuel filter forward and hang it off of the alt bracket and get rid of the fuel filter bracket behind the alt bracket to make room for 4" tubing to go over to the PS fender. I'll try to use a round filter with a 4" opening if I can find such a thing that fits. I have room for it to be 12" long and about 10" in diameter. I'll see what I can come up with tomorrow.

Your plumbing is really looking nice. It's certainly functional with a bit of "in your face custom" to it. How and where and for how much can I acquire the ATS Intake horn / hat? I take it, it uses one long shouldered bolt through the back extending into the intake? I really like jaluhn83's setup where he milled the top of his intake and welded and formed the hat in. I would like to stay pretty simple with my design and start collecting some pieces. Are there any issues with the ATS hats losing boost or leaking or is it a pretty reliable and decent design? I am more inclined to go with the bolt on design if it is proven to be reliable.

Look up 6637. It crosses to other makers/numbers.

I think the Duralite 546637 will be a good fit for this. It's 12" tall and 8.5 diameter with a 4" outlet. After a little research I found this is the popular DIY filter in the Power Stroke crowd, and is what is used in the Tymar 7.3L intake kit. So, basing my intake design on this filter laying behind the battery on the PS fender well, I ordered everything I thought I would need from Frozenboost. I also have some newer Ford 4" intake hoses from the junk yard.

Also from the junk yard is a 7.3L Super Duty lift pump I will be implementing with a regulator as well. Any suggestions of a good common regulator to use?

Eric (94idi turbo) tried the SD pump. There's a thread here somewhere. Basically you'd need a dedicated return line for the regulator itself.

The air filter- you're on the right track.
