Looking for timing pulse adaptor in Eastern NC

Just looking to see if anyone has an injection pulse adaptor to hook up to the fuel lines in the eastern NC area. Im about to install a new IP and injectors from Russ and all I have is a timing light.

Willing to drive and pay money to borrow or bring my own tools to do it on site.

Coming from Cherry Point.
