ok, i found a rayjay kit, will just flip the pass side manifold over
The ATS/factory wastegated turbos are about the right size for a parallel twin setup compressor wise, single, they are already heading off the map at 12 psi. For a single, a 62-1 would be a decent charger, but, for much in excess of 18 psi, it's still on the small side. These are big engines, and need big chargers.
what about the turbo from a 92 mitz eclipse? its a tdo5h, would 2 of those make a good twin turbo system for a 7.3?
I betcha DYoungs turbo was 400+ degrees at 28psi
Which version is the tdo5? I'm only finding a tdo4 came on the 92 eclipse. It also depends on how much boost you want to run. Are you doing it for towing, or max hp? If you are using them for towing, I wouldn't figure them for 3750 rpm if you aren't going to be revving there a lot.

Ya man, I got my money on 500. Probably doesn't flow any more air then at 20psi. I would have liked to see the drive pressure.
429idi, I found some videos on youtube with the user name "429idi" I'm guessing that's your truck?
And if so, holy crap! That turbo sounds bad ass!
Way louder than mine, could be the stacks though.
yea i will be using it for mostly as a DD and for some towing 5-6K at around a 7% grade
