where can I find an intercooler would one from a 94 psd fit my 94 idi?

dont think a 94 psd had an intercooler. I believe the first year a PSD came with one was 1999

94 didnt have them from the factory. but you could fab one from a 1999 7.3 or an 03 6.0 that would be nice

hypermax sells a kit it cost 1500 bucks alot of people fab up a ic to make it work

at that price I will be fabbbbbing one wonder why it took so long for them to intercool

Ask mel (agmen) he installed an aftermarket intercooler and its working fine.... I have a couple of the hypermax intercoolers but just haven't installed one yet.... Sometimes I'm so lazy..... A friend once told me...... It suxs to be you....

You can save about 50% on the cost of a Hypermax kit if you buy just the plumbing from them, and supply your own intercooler from Ebay. Hypermax will flat out tell you the intercooler is $600, and the plumbing is $600. How I built mine using all new stuff for about $600.

Do you have any pics of the install?
Did you use the factory filter housing?
I have my '99 IC mounted, it needs to be plumbed.

you can look at the post intercooler/piping q"s. i just got done installing one on my truck. i spent right round 400 for the intercooler with the already made pipes from hypermax so the fab was only on the front of the truck. less than 4 hours spent on it as well.
