if it hard starts in the morning but starts fine afterwards youve likely got the same issues i have of air intrusion, o rings inside the umbrellas atop the injectors for the return lines as well as the return lines themselves are highly suspect if theyve been as much as looked at sideways, same with the weird edged seals used on the return and feed from the pump. as Old Goat said check your fuel filter schrader valve while cranking to check for air.
