Well guys this July will be 2 years since the wiring harness in the brown truck caught fire. I've been thinking, it's been a long difficult up hill battle with this truck since day one. I have allot of time and money invested in it. Along the way tried new things, and tried to improve the knowledge base for these trucks with the many writeups I did with the old girl. I've noticed I can't find any of those writeups on this new forum, so to an extent it feels like it was all a waste.
In terms of parts, the wheels and tires alone are worth an easy 2 or 3 times what I gave for the truck.
I'm just not sure it's worth messing with anymore.

can never have enough parts trucks.
as soon as you sell it for less than you have into it, another of your trucks are going to need the parts.
if you got the room , fagetabbatit.
if you need the cash, let her go.

Well, if you do decide to part out, I'd be interested in the core support. Can't find repros for the 80-86 trucks and I'd like to convert my bricknose.
