So my 6.9 is leaking coolant into the glow plug area on the 3rd cylinder back on the drivers side. It, thank god, appears to be coming from the intake manifold, at first I thought it was the head gasket going. But after checking it over more there is no signs of a head gasket leak. No white smoke, no cloudy mix on the oil fill cap. Can liquid gasket be used on the intake manifold? I sure am hoping this is all it is. We were hoping to move back to Michigan in a week. My fiance is pregnant and hates the heat here and I sure wouldn't mind a swim.
