So still waiting on a few things to be delivered. Very aggravating not being able to fix my truck because I'm waiting for parts to be delivered lol

Gonna go over there today with the suction cups and hammer and dolly set to try to get the small tweak out of the fender. Don't let the glare fool you, really not that bad of a dent right on the front.

I'm stupid and forgot to put the fan shroud on before putting the radiator in... So, two piece shroud time.

I generally wouldn't recommend that but if you have to change the fan clutch it will be a whole lot easier, and really wont hurt anything anyhow.

Another question gents! What is the plastic piece called that the grill connects to and it connects to the header panel??? Didn't even think about that stupid thing until I had the new grill in hand standing in front of my truck thinking, "somethings not right here."

I don't know yet, I have a brand new Champion sitting here and had the same question. I haven't looked yet but I will before the new rad goes in.

You just reminded me of a guy I used to wheel with. Zip tied everything. One day I found a pack of 48" long zip ties and naturally I had to get them for him!

13 psi is stock but there is also a 7 psi one available that will be a little easier on the system.

I'd post a picture of mine but nobody wants to see that lol! Someday I'll have a nice clean shop... but that would mean I'm not working on something!
