Hey y'all, sorry haven't updated in a while. Been busy. Anyhow, got the hood on and got the front deflector in the mail. All she's waiting on is to fix the dent in the fender, paint the hood, charge the AC, and build the bumper.

On a side note, does anyone know what this little wire goes to?

Maybe a cluster illumination wire? Could try pulling switches with a test light on the wire to see what sets it on.

What does the end of it look like?
Looks like the wiring for the O/D on/off switch on a auto.

The end is actually hollow... But I think the wire just was pulled out kinda reverse stripped. Kinda small to be a vacuum line. And I have a manual.

But look at the column. It's possible it was a auto column and someone swapped the plastics.
Nevermind. That's a single wire. At first looked to be 2 small wires.
I would just pull the cluster trim and see where it goes.

Maybe. That's what I'm gonna end up doing.

Note that I put together the tilt control myself. It didn’t come with that and I think it is still a 2 man job without that bit of hardware.

I like that 'Minnie Pearl' angle adjuster. All the tags still on the parts.
