Got my factory turbo kit installed on truck. Can't get the intake hat to sit on intake manifold right, like I need clock it down. How would I go about doing that?

Loosen the big band clamp on the intake side of the turbo and rotate it to where you want. Not rocket science.

No band clamp. There are 6 bolts. Loosen a bit , housing will rotate.

Did someone rebuild this turbo? Usually they are pre set to just bolt in place. Having never done it before can seem like rocket science.

I've had two idi turbos rebuilt, one from Conestoga one from R&D both required clocking. There are a few bolts, no band clamp. Just make sure you have a spare oring incase it tears if it's sat any length of time since rebuild

I had to reclock mine from Russ also.
kinda like timing marks on a IP,
you gotta move them for your application.

only other thing to watch out for is to not bind up the WG actuator rod, if equipped
