I hope I can afford them and that he has what I need when I can get them ordered.

I'd use one single barb. One tee 3 barb. Two corner two barbs, and 4 straight through two barbs.

I've been wanting a set of these or aluminum ones for years . Every once in awhile we get teased with another set , but no one actually sells the damn things!

Maybe I'm just lucky, but the probably original caps (especially on my RV) were fine. I replaced them on the truck "just in case" but didn't bother on the RV since I had spare new viton o-rings from the truck. I kept the truck's old caps as spares, and used an L one on the RV where it had tiny plastic tee and a dead end cap, because the tee broke when taking it apart.

Edit: Actually I think I put the truck's old caps on the RV because I used the old caps complete with the old hoses still attached as templates for cutting new hoses and attached them to the truck's old caps. Then kept the RV's old caps as spares. I might have reused one or two of the RV's original caps too. It's been almost 2 years so my memory is fuzzy.

I didn't realize that @Dregs Garage was a member here, when I posted that.

I should have known.

In fact, I probably subscribed to his channel BECAUSE I saw one of his vids from here.

Getting old and forgetful, is not easy. LOL

Regardless, it has occurred to me that maybe I 'stole his thunder', because he intended to introduce this himself here, with that video.

If so, I am sorry. It was not intentional that way. I was just excited to see that someone was making the brass caps.

Any questions about price and availability should be addressed to him.

he told me $260 a set plus shipping.
not bad at all.
cheaper than me running them on my lathe @ shoprate.
ill be buying a few sets myself when ready.
not a fan of the plastic caps, even tho a good kit with vitons do work well.
