2017 Rally Route / Convoy thread (east coasters)

I will be taking 81 Alex, so just let me know the exact location so we can convoy to the next landmark.

the drive for me to get to robs location is about 9 hours and 580 miles.

I live right off exit 90, but we would probably meet you at the grantville exit 80 since my brother is closer to that one.

the Grantville exit 80 will work for me. I have a five hour drive there from my house and its at the 350 mile mark so I will be needing some fuel. is there a station near by to stop at?

does your group have a departure time? I was going to leave around 1:00am on Sunday so I would be at Grantville at around 6:00am.

form there to Morgantown its three hours and 222 miles.

Yeah, there are two fuel stations there. I'll have to check with Chris, but I'm pretty sure we could be ready to roll at 6am.

Just remember PA's fuel tax just took a hike beginning of the year though, ugh.

that's great. I will keep in touch on the drive there so you have an idea of our location. I know the general area of where we will be meeting but where exactly will it be?

rob, if I meet Alex and his group at 6:00am then we should be at your location around 9:00am. is that ok?

that should put us at the campground around 3:00pm. I have not factored in any food or fuel stops so it will most likely be much latter then that.

Well Elijah we could meet at either the Exxon or Shell since both have diesel. Unless you would rather meet one more exit south at exit 77. They have a flying j there and a McDonald's and Perkins if you wanted to grab a quick breakfast. It's totally up to you.

il talk to Travis about it and see what we come up with. I would say the closest to me would be better just so I don't have to cut it too close on fuel.

is any station generally cheaper?

The cheapest is probably the truck stop. If you are looking for something closer we could meet at exit 90. That's really close to my house. There is a love's truck stop there too.

I talked to Travis and if we could meet at exit 90 I think it would be better. Would Chris be there also? Is that exit in lickdale?

Yep, he could meet us there too. Yep, that is the lickdale exit. If you would have to stop sooner just let me know and we could just meet you on the ramp.

that area should be perfect. would you want to meet at the loves stop. I will need fuel and at least we can get a snack there also.
