Not truck related but we took the ski’s out today. It’s very weird to see the sierras from the lake completely covered in snow while it’s 88 degrees down here LOL. That’s California for ya. They’ll waist all the water anyways but that’s just how it goes every year.

That looks like it was a good time. I've never tried a stand up ski, but I've ridden the sit down ones a handful of times. It's fun, but I can see myself getting bored pretty quickly if I had one around here.

I have a friend who's ridden motorcycles for over 30 years. He has a hard time with his stand up, but his wife, who's never rode a motorcycle, has no troubles with it. He says that he tries to lean it like a motorcycle to turn.

New windshield! 315$, pretty damn happy with that price. The price between an 86 and 95 windshield was over 150$ difference. I’ll take the newer one LOL. I don’t mind the tint at all.

Also got a core support and new seat brackets.

Work has been real slow, whole yard full of broken trucks but no parts to fix them.

I had the 86 Windshield replaced with a dark tint, and the cost was $175. That was 3 years ago.

Why the difference between 86 & 95. Aren`t the cab`s the same?

From what the guy said, the outer tiny strip on the newer glass has a little slot for the vin tag on the dash where on the 86 the tag is in a different spot. When I called the first time it was way more expensive. So I was able to do it through AAA and get it down pretty cheap. I wish it cost 175 LOL

Interesting.
Looked at my Dash and Windshield.
No Vin Tag on Dash, there is an 1 78" wide black area around the glass. On the drivers side is a low section about 3.5" where it dips down for...I guess a Vin Tag.

Except for that, I guess either glass will work.

Yeah the bullnose vin tags are damn near in the corner of the windshield

Minus the headliner, the interior is all put back together!

Yesterday my ranger hit 300k.

And the final update. My parents bought a “new” truck a few months ago. A 2013 6.7 f250. Very nice truck. I’ve been really busy with working nights and my parents didn’t wanna stack more stuff on my plate (which I wouldn’t mind because I love them) so they got their leveling kit installed by a pretty reputable shop I guess. I don’t like when other people work on my ****. Anyways. Mama calls me an hour ago and says that she just picked up their 400$ fox shock up off the side of the road LOL. Seems like something wasn’t assembled correctly. I check out the drivers side and the bolts are barely finger tight. They’re going back tomorrow ask for a new shock lol.

After further inspection, they didn’t put the big washer on top of the rubber bushing and the shock just ripped through lol

Where did you get your carpet from? I tried both hump variations from LMC and both sucked fitment wise on bricknose
