we've decided to slim down the paddock of vehicles..the 09 unlimited wrangler didnt hardly ever get driven..and even with TONS of room it just didnt have enough for all our gear and the twins/oldest's stuff too...
so...its the vans turn...replaced...

TODAYS..ur this WEEKENDS hatred started with a new IP and injectors from Type4...its not the IP or the injectors that caused the hatred...
the van is so easy to work on...(seriously..stuff thats motor...
so I threw some filtered waste motor oil in...5-6gal (but unsure if I used the 15 or the 5mic filterbag as the number was worn off)
then had to change the fuel filter after it plugged up within 10min of running (old filter)..
now even on days when its 60 at night I have to plug her in...
with the last few weeks being in the 70's and tickling the 80's I decided to run some WMO...and I ran it THICK!...50%..
I had noticed before that my high idle kickes off just as I get on the road and will surge...but I wondered if my fuel filter was startin to plug up..but it didnt do it any...

and my c6 shifts really soft to 2nd,,alot of times it doesnt seem to shift into first at stoplights....modulator need adjusted?? which way??:sly

the wife has greenlighted the van getting new injectors and pump...
its 144K had a pump put in it at 75K per receipt with the van...I put a return line kit on it last year (bout 3k ago..she doesnt get driven much with the new jeep..but is gonna have a FULL few years of tow-duty for a 6k...
did a tow lastnight with the van...
got 9psi boost (and got out of it!!..dont wanna blow the heads!)...and 935egt....doin 55 up a pretty good grade...on the floor!! and barely holdin 55...barely...
wife was following me..said it wasnt smokin bad at all...
best guess is I was draggin...
