    Fuel tank pick up.

    Steel vs rubber fuel lines

    Im fixing a fuel leak in my truck. The steel fuel lines have sprung a leak. Im thinking I like Gary's idea of replacing them with rubber. Is there a special rubber fuel line that I should use? I seem to remember that you shouldn't use regular gas fuel line for some reason. John

    Knee update

    As some of you know, there was an injury during the fireworks show at the rally. After seeing my family doctor and having a MRI done, its official. I have a torn acl and a torn medial meniscus. Waiting on a conultation with an orthopedic surgeon to find out what the next steps are. :dunno John

    Quick fill fuel necks

    I am making a quick fill fuel filler neck and I'm wondering, is the roll over valve really necessary? Im having trouble incorporating the valve into the vent hose assembly. Might by-pass it for now and come back to it later but I gotta get the rear tank in and working. What do you think? John

    Motor locked up

    Went to move my truck after sitting a coupe of weeks. Cranked it, it cranked a little slow for a few seconds then nothing. Locked up tight. Open the hood to find water on my air cleaner. I'm guessing water leaked down into the intake and it is now hydro locked. Guess I'm pulling glow plugs...
