Started working on the recently. Resealed the oil cooler, flushed the coolant 2 weekends ago. Today, I installed a SMF, new throw out bearing and resealed the transfer case. Hopefully, there will be no more leaks.
I do have a problem now. I get a vibration at 2500 rpm and gets worse at higher rpms. I also get a sight vibration around 1000 rpm, which I can live with. I think I need to remove the flywheel and double check everything. It will do it standing still, so I don't think its a drive line issue. Oh well, at least everything will come apart easier.
The clutch pedal feels much better now, and it doesn't rattle when I shut it off. Overall I'm happy, just pissed that it has to come back apart. At least the clutch doesn't slip anymore.
