If you were asking me, the intercooler actually made my truck work way better down low. I very rarely need to turn the thing 3k any more.

I was actually asking diesel giant, but you've done it too? I guess I need to research this stuff a little more.

seems like a large intercooler for an idi.do you notice turbo lag with that factory 6. uh oh's?

One mod that I didn't do but came on the truck is something I simply wouldn't want to have the truck without ,and that's the Western Hauler Bed. Aside from being the handiest thing around for loading anything, the parking attendents at the airport always think it's a tow truck and dont' charge me anything when I have to go pickup my wife returning from business trips

You have made the most effort than anyone here keeping your truck cool, One thing I think that is the best mods you can do cause if it aint cool, you cant use the power!

Mods to improve the slow work truck.
Slightly modified the E4OD.
Tossed the Napa rebuilt injection pump.
Added a Facet fuel pump.
Repurposed some 01 SD exhaust parts.
Now adding hydroboost brakes.

It certainly has more usable rpm now
I wouldn't push it so hard if I didn't think it could handle it. Course that might come around to bite me. Oil sample says everthing is perfectly normal.
she's falling on her face with just 100hp @ 3650 though dieselgiant.your just loosing hp the higher you rev 'er.
let up on the skinny going uphill so she reads 3k,and you'll gain speed.
delta makes a cam to place her power higher up if you like to make her talk.

Sorry your reading torque line. She doesn't fall below 150Hp until the end of the run.
