All good under there clutch feel amazing nice and light engages right in the middle and isn’t hard to shift like it’s properly disengagement
I replaced the Clutch/Brake Peddle Bushings early last Spring. I had read about them wearing out and the steel shaft they Hang on wearing into the aluminum frame they all connect to.
I call it the Peddle Box assy. Don`t know the official Ford name for it.
Removed one at PNP off a 85 6.9, bought the Bushings at the Ford Dealer. Really not all that expensive.
Figured I would clean it up, paint the levers etc... replace the Bushings, and while the shaft they all pivot on, and it was out, do the Heim Joint fix.
Then when I did the R&R swap, it would be done in a few hours. Next one I replace will be quicker.
There is also on the early trucks a problem with the Fire Wall flexing when the Clutch is pushed in, and eventually cracks develope.
There is a Plate to beef up that area.
Only place to get one is Bronco Grave Yard.

The slop in that Clutch Disk is not normal, something in the enter broke. Needs replacing, X2 the FW need to be turned.
I have never shifted a ZF-5 spd, or been around one that had the solid FW replacement to hear the roll over noise.
I just grind away on a T-19.
