Ohhhhhh Hmmm that’s a great idea. Not quite store bought items. But definitely worth its weight in a side build. Considering I used to own a motorcycle shop I could easily fab it up and make custom cables. Switch the Shepard for one of my Blue Heeleers and we are rolling lolSince our trucks use a cable to the IP, or even the throttle body/carburetor, and they have cruise control, you might disassemble the cruise control and bring the cable into the cab to be attached to a thumb throttle or twist throttle that is on a handle that is dedicated to the brake. With a setup like that if a person had one leg, they could throttle and brake with one hand steer with the other, operate a clutch and train a German shepherd to shift gears.
Stay with it, friend, this is cool!
I ordered some things off Amazon to put together an idea.
Also side thought was using and old hand break with the thumb locking button has a break hold for standing on the breaks in like traffic or some othe situation that’s calls for prolonged breaking while in gear.
