ok guys so i need to time my pickup this weekend cuz my new ip is finally going in but i dont know how to do it and i cant find it in the tech articles any help would be appreciated.

You can't really do it "right" without the right equipment and the know how to use it. You can get it within 2 degrees by ear if you're good at it. Your best bet is to try and find a fellow member so equipped, who can help you out. If that's not possible, start cruising ebay for a Rotunda or Snap-on timing meter. As was mentioned, search the threads.
